ROYAL DECREE

WE,
PREAH BAT SAMDECH PREAH NORODOM SIHANOUK
KING OF CAMBODIA

-Seeing the 1993 Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
-Seeing the Royal Decree dated November 2, 1993 on the nomination
of the Royal Government of Cambodia;
-Seeing the Royal Rule No. 102/94 dated July 20, 1994 on the
organization and functioning of the Cabinet; and
-Referring to the vote of confidence on August 6, 1997 by the National
Assembly on the proposal made by the Royal Government on July 25,
1997 in terms of the reshuffle of the Royal Government.

ORDER

Article 1:Reshuffle the Royal Government of Cambodia as follows:
	  -H.E. Mr. UNG HUOT is First Prime Minister of the Royal Government
	  of Cambodia, replacing Samdech Krom Preah Norodom Ranariddh.


Article 2:This Decree comes into effect on the date of its signature.
