Preferred Offices provides fully furnished, T1 wired offices to both growing businesses and established corporations that require a flexible officing solution. The turnkey operation establishes clients with an executive private office(s), multi-line phone, voicemail, and a private telephone number with a receptionist to answer/forward calls and greet guests.

PreferredAdmin and PreferredTech provide a comprehensive menu of IT and administrative services to support the day-to-day needs of managing a business. PreferredMeeting offers meeting and conference rooms complete with multi-media support and catering available by the hour or day. All clients have access to meeting rooms and offices at any one of Preferred Offices’ conveniently located centers in the metropolitan DC area. Training is available on technology services so clients can take full advantage of the tools at their disposal.

Full Office Programs are available for month-to-month, 3, 6, or 12 month terms. Businesses in need of a limited officing solution can sign up for PreferredVirtual, a program which provides a business mailing address, telephone number, and call forwarding. Five virtual program tiers offer a variety of options for part-time use of a private office and meeting rooms.
