Kevin D. Slattery, P.A., is a full-service immigration law firm located in Tampa, Florida, U.S.A. The firm assists clients in both family-based and employment-based immigration matters. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, professional immigration legal services at an affordable rate to corporations, small businesses, universities, non-profit organizations, religious organizations, and individuals alike throughout the United States.

We practice exclusively immigration law, constantly monitoring changes in that area of law as well as changes in U.S. Department of Homeland Security policy. This in turn enables us to provide a level of service that clients deserve from their attorney.

In addition to assisting clients in employment-based and family-based immigration matters, we are also available to help clients in matters of naturalization, deportation/removal, and waivers of inadmissibility.
