Several embassies are located just off Dupont Circle, including the embassies of Slovenia, Jamaica and Botswana, in the first block of New Hampshire Avenue to the northeast, and those of Argentina, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Belarus, and Nicaragua in the second.
The Embassy of Indonesia, one of the District's historic buildings lies just off Dupont Circle on Massachusetts Avenue. Built originally as a mansion for a mining millionaire, it includes 60 rooms on four floors.
